About the role

What You Will Do: Assume full ownership and responsibility for a designated portfolio of assets, ensuring comprehensive expertise in both the assets and respective region. Maintain forward looking asset level models and other financial tools to support decision-making and enhance value creation for QTS. Leverage underwriting models from Investments and Capital Markets teams to support ongoing asset-level financing initiatives.
