RESPONSIBILITIES: Own civil and site design for the battery storage plant: pads, foundations, grading, drainage, access roads, fire lanes, and equipment yards coordinated with electrical collection and NFPA 855 spacing Support the fire and life-safety case with civil provisions: water supply, hydrant layout, deflagration venting clearances, and emergency vehicle access for AHJ review Coordinate seismic and severe-weather (tornado/high-wind) structural design basis for storage blocks, transformers, and equipment supports with structural engineering Produce issued-for-construction civil…
