ROLE SUMMARY The Field Service Technician – Operational Readiness is part of a Singapore-based Operations team that helps new Firmus AI Factory sites prepare for Day 2 operations. The role combines hands-on field service support, commissioning assistance from an Operations perspective, and practical training of local teams to safely operate, maintain and respond to issues at live sites.
