About the role

Responsibilities : Responsible to the Sr. Facility Manager for effectively completing assigned tasks in the Operations & Maintenance program of the Data Center as well as any non-DC space(s) assigned Knows and understands the Owner’s building operations rules for the building(s) under his care and as provided by the DC Manager Uses and teaches others to use the Computerized Maintenance Management system (CMMS) to track all maintenance work, labor hours, Preventative Maintenance work orders, and Reactive Work tickets.
